1. RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Reservations are confirmed once payment is received and these policies are accepted.

To qualify for discounted weekly or monthly rates, payment must be made in full prior to the start of each reservation period. Failure to prepay by the due date will result in the reservation reverting to the standard nightly rate, or the site being released for new reservations at park discretion.

Monthly site fees are due one month from the guest’s move-in date. Failure to prepay on time will result in the reservation reverting to the nightly rate or the site being released.

Ozark Trail RV Park operates as a short-term lodging facility. Weekly and monthly stays do not establish residency or tenant rights. All stays renew only upon payment and park approval.

The Park reserves the right to update policies, rules, and fees as needed to ensure safe and efficient operation.
